Digital and Omnichannel services

After test store and ongoing optimization and further development a standard palette of digital and omnichannel services was defined. In a tiering strategy they were rolled out to all stores and partially Shop in Shops.

Denim Fit guide, endless aisle for basics, shoes and bags and all product groups, product finder, fit mirror, Bra/UW fit guide, look book, selfie mirror (with other extended functions like outfit recommendations, sharing options, social media feed etc), digital magazine, style scanner, special kids tool.
