Who would have thought that Covid and lockdown can bring so much newness, innovation, fun and change. With the first lock down, no travel possible, we dared to try something really new. Instead of just falling back onto the obvious Videocall solution - we facilitated our seasonal summit in virtual reality.

We had presentations in VR in our own created VR auditorium. With rented VR headsets shipped to all attendees through out Europe everybody could attend. In VR we had our new stores and concept created. Using them to show and explain the new concept and how it works to everybody. All seasonal VM trainings were held in the VR store environment showing how the displays were to be set up and how the seasonal product flow was meant to be executed. We even met in VR to chat, celebrate, game and have fun. It was a mind blowing experience. So connective, so real, so many possibilities.
